甲基丙烯酸锌对乙烯-辛烯共聚物/聚丙烯热塑性硫化胶性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of zinc dimethacrylate on properties of ethylene-octene copolymer / polypropylene thermoplastic vulcanizates

摘要 以双叔丁基过氧化二异丙基苯(BIPB)为硫化剂、甲基丙烯酸锌(ZDMA)为填料,采用动态硫化法制备了乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)/聚丙烯(PP)热塑性硫化胶(TPV),研究了ZDMA的热性能,并考察了ZDMA与BIPB对混炼胶硫化特性及TPV物理机械性能的影响,表征了TPV的微观形貌.结果表明,ZDMA处于炼胶温度时不会发生分解和降解,且在165℃左右与BIPB分解产生的自由基发生反应,因此,加工温度确定为170℃左右;随着BIPB用量的增加,POE/PP TPV的拉伸强度和撕裂强度先增大后减小,扯断伸长率降低,而邵尔A硬度增大,最佳BIPB用量为1.0份;随着ZDMA用量的增加,POE/PP混炼胶的硫化速率和相对交联密度逐渐增大,POE/PP TPV的拉伸强度和撕裂强度先增大后减小,扯断伸长率和永久变形逐渐降低,邵尔A硬度和100%定伸应力呈上升的趋势,ZDMA最佳用量为10~15份;添加ZDMA的TPV断面粗糙,界面间的相互作用力增强. The ethylene-octene copolymer (POE)/polypropylene (PP) thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV) was prepared with bis (tert-butylperoxy isopropyl) benzene (BIPB) as curing agent,zinc dimethacrylate (ZDMA) as filler by dynamic vulcanization,the thermal properties of ZDMA was studied.Effects of BIPB and ZDMA on curing characteristics of the compound and mechanical properties of the TPV were investigated,and the micromorphology was characterized.The results showed that ZDMA did not decompose and degrade at rubber mixing temperature,and it could react with free radical generated in the decomposition of BIPB at 165 ℃,so the mixing temperature was selected as 170 ℃.With increasing BIPB,the tensile strength and tear strength of POE/PP TPV increased first and then decreased,elongation at break decreased,Shore A hardness increased,and by the practical consideration,the optimum amount of BIPB was selected as 1.0 phr.With the increase of ZDMA,the curing rate and the relative crosslink density of POE/PP compound increased,the tensile strength and tear strength of the TPV increased first and then decreased,the elongation at break and permanent set decreased gradually,Shore A hardness and modulus at 100% increased,thus the optimum amount of ZDMA was fixed at 10-15 phr.The POE/PP TPV with ZDMA had a rough fracture surface,and the interfacial bond between POE and PP was enhanced.
