摘要
新兴煤矿实行区域治理先行的原则,调整布局,优化保护层开采。加大煤层预抽相结合的方式进行区域治理。以开拓工程为基础,拓展瓦斯治理的空间和时间。由原来的逐层开采改变为优先开采保护层46层、49、63层、67层。
Using regional governance being considered firstly principle in xinxing coal,adjusting the layout,optimizing the protection layer mining. Increase the coal seam extraction method combining regional governance. Being development project as the basis,expand the gas control of space and time. Change the ming order of layer by layer excavation as the priority of mining protective layer,46 layer,63 layer,67 layer 49.
