摘要
目的：建立HPLC-ELSD法同时测定通络散结胶囊中贝母素甲和贝母素乙的含量。方法：采用C18柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.1%三乙胺（70：30）;流速1.0mL/min;柱温：30℃;ELSD检测器：漂移管温度：100℃,载气流量：1.8mL/min。结果：贝母素甲线性范围为22.7～227μg/mL,r=0.9992,平均回收率为97.92%,RSD=1.34%;贝母素乙线性范围为23.9～239μg/mL,r=0.9991,平均回收率为97.75%,RSD=1.74%。结论：本法简便、快速、重复性好,可作为通络散结胶囊的定量分析方法。
Objective A HPLC-ELSD method was established for the determination of verticine and verticinone content in Tongluosanjie capsule. Method A chromatographic column was performed by agilent C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% triethylamine（70：30）,the flow velocity was lmL/min,the column temperature was 30℃,the detector was ELSD,the temperature f＇or the detector drift tube was set at 100℃,and the nitrogen flow-rate was at 1.8L/min. Result Verticine showed good linear relationship in the range of 22.7～227μg/mL,r=0.9992,and the average recovery rate was97.92%,RSD=1.34%,verticinone showed good linear relationship in the range of 23.9 ～239μg/mL,and the average recovery rate was97.75%,r =0.9991,RSD =1.74%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,reproducible,can be used as a quantitative analysis method of Tongluosanjie capsule.
