摘要
用Monte-Carlo方法计算虚拟界面中电子在不同目标处通过的粒子积分流量和能量沉积.根据材料内单层多次模拟数据,计算一次虚拟多层模拟数据的偏离程度.结果表明,入射电子能量越低,虚拟多层单层厚度越薄,层数越多,计算结果偏离程度越大.
The energy deposition of differential regions and particles flow of electrons through the virtual-surface in material were calculated with Monte-Carlo method.Based on the simulated results of the calculated model of single-layer,the extent of deviation of the results of the calculated model of virtual-multilayer was got.The calculated results demonstrate that the lower electron energy,the thinner single-layer and the more virtual-layer,the extent of deviation of the virtual-multilayer calculated results is greater.
