纤维砂浆抗裂性能的研究进展

摘要 运水泥制品及构件是典型的脆性材料,抗裂性能差,容易产生大量的裂缝,降低了建筑物的使用功能、抗渗性和耐久性。为了解决上述问题,建议在水泥基材料中掺入纤维以增强水泥基材料的抗裂性能,提高建筑物的工程质量。从纤维砂浆的抗裂性能方面介绍了国内外的研究进展,从工作性能方面分析了纤维砂浆存在的问题,提出了相应的解决方法,为纤维砂浆这种新型水泥基材料的科研与工程应用提供了参考意见。 Cement products and components are typical brittle materials which are poor in crack resistance and easy to generate lots of cracks, therefore debasing the function, anti-permeability and durability of the buildings. In order to solve the problems above, some suggestions are proposed to strengthen the anti-cracking performance of cement base material and improve the quality of buildings by incorporating fiber. This paper introduces the research progress at home and abroad from the aspect of fiber mortar anti-cracking performance, and analyzes the problems existing in the fiber mortar from the aspect of performance: In the end, the paper puts forward the corresponding solutions and provides reference opinions for the research and engineering application of fiber mortar which is a new type of cement base material.
