摘要
为了提高正压氧气呼吸器、压缩氧自救器等个体呼吸防护产品的技术水平,保证呼吸防护用品待命时的防护性能,研制了呼吸器综合性能测试装置。详细介绍了呼吸器综合性能测试装置的原理,并对仿人工呼吸机、自动控制系统等主要部件进行设计。通过在BIAPAK240R氧气呼吸器防护性能测试中的应用,结果表明:该装置能够全面测试个人防护产品的性能,有利于改善该类产品性能,使其更好地服务于矿山、消防等行业。
In order to improve technical level of the positive pressure oxygen breathing apparatus,compressed oxygen self-rescuer and other individual respiratory protection products,a comprehensive performance testing device of breathing apparatus was developed, the working principle of comprehensive performance testing device was described in detail.The imitation artificial breathing machine, automatic control systems and other major components in the device were studied.The device has been applied to the test for Biopak240Roxygen breathing apparatus,the results show the device is able to fully test the performance of personal protection products,conducive to improving the quality of these products and providing better services for mine and anti-fire industry.
