发动机修理后,其曲柄—连杆机构的惯性力矩不平衡。曲柄半径偏差、曲轴弯曲,活塞和活塞环积碳等都对不平衡度有影响。下面介绍由上述影响因素引起的不平衡度的计算方法及发动机大修后不平衡度对可靠性的影响。
After being repaired,the inertia moment of the crankshaft-connecting rod mechenism is unbalanced.The factors influencing the balance are:the radius diviation of the crank,the bending of the crankshaft and piston,and the car- bon deposit of the piston ring.The paper will present the readers the method of calculating the unbalance caused by the above mentioned influential factors. And also it will study about the influence on the reliability by the unbalance after the major repairing of the engine.
