摘要
常用的排球扣球训练方法有扣固定高度的吊球、运动员循环扣球和多球扣球训练等.在不同的扣球训练方法下,测定训练前后运动员血乳酸和心率值.根据训练前后血乳酸和心率值的变化,分析了不同训练方法对巢湖学院大学生女排运动员扣球能力的影响.研究认为:"上网前做拦网动作再退至进攻线后助跑起跳扣二传传球"的训练方法,效果最佳.
Volleyball spiking training methods commonly have a fixed height of drop,and training of athletes circulation smash and multi- ball smash. With the different spiking training methods,athletes' blood lactic acid and heart rate before and after the experiment are messured. According to the changes of blood lactic acid and heart rate before and after the experiment,we analyzes the effects of different training methods on the spiking ability of women volleyball players of college students in Chaohu College. Study says: the training method of " doing block before the volleyballnet and then backing to attack line settertion buckling after passing" has the best effect.
