摘要
随着隔震技术的日益成熟,基础隔震技术越来越多地应用到大底盘多裙房高层复杂建筑当中,但是在隔震设计过程中产生了许多新的技术问题,其中如何提高主塔与裙楼连接部位处减震效果的问题尤为突出.文章以某大底盘多裙房基础隔震建筑为例,通过改变裙楼与主塔连接的层数(即大底盘的层数)来对比研究结构的动力特性及地震反应特性.模态分析和时程分析结果表明:大底盘层数越多,结构主塔的减震效果越好,隔震层位移越大,上部主塔的层间位移、加速度等反应越小,出现拉应力的可能性也越小.因此,从隔震设计效果的角度,建议大底盘多裙房高层建筑采用基础隔震技术时,应当将裙房尽可能多的层数与主塔连接在一起,形成多层大底盘结构.
In recent years,with the isolation technology becoming mature,more and more the high-rise complex structures with large podium and multi-skirt building adopt the base isolation technology. But,many new technical problems appeared; the problem of how to improve the isolation effect of the main tower on the same height with the skirt building is especially acute. In this paper,a base-isolated high-rise structure with large podium and multi-skirt building is selected as an example; the dynamic characteristics and seismic response behavior are studied by changing the number of large podium,namely the number of connection storey of the main tower and the skirt building. The results of modal analysis and time-history analysis indicate that the more number the large podium has,the better isolated effect the main tower has; the bigger the displacement of the isolated layer is,the smaller the inter-storey displacement and acceleration of the main tower are,and the smaller probability the tensile stress of the isolator shows. So,from the isolation design point,the suggestion is proposed that as many large podiums as possible are used to connect the main tower and skirt building for the high-rise base-isolation building with large podium and skirt building.
