摘要
当前警察院校中大部分教师自身发展尚不够全面,在课堂教学中不能兼顾理论知识和实践实战技能的传授,总是偏颇一方,这既不符合警察院校学历教育和在职培训"双轨制"发展模式的需求,也无法达到公安教育培养高级警务人才的最终目的。因而,在警察院校,通过改革对教师的选聘以及将现有教师转化为"双师型"教师等途径,建设一支高水平的"双师型"教师队伍成为了当务之急。
The self development of most of the teachers in current police colleges are still not so comprehensive that they cannot teach both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the classroom, which is inconsistent with the developing demand of both degree education and job training in police colleges, and cannot achieve the ultimate goal of public security education to train senior police personnel. Thus, in the police colleges, to build a high level of ＂double-qualified＂ teachers through the reform of hiring teachers and turning existing teachers into ＂double-qualified＂ teachers become a top priority.
