摘要
从超厚轧钢艏柱的结构形式出发,结合船厂的生产实际,通过对艏柱板拼接方式的优选、使用特制小喷管的FCAW法及在施工过程中加强焊接变形的控制和焊接质量的监控,将艏柱的外型尺寸控制在精度范围之内,焊缝的UT检验合格率达到了100%,取得较好的效果。
Based on the structure of super-thick steel rolling stem, combined with actual production of shipyard, using FCAW method for small spray pipe, the welding deformation can be controlled and the welding quality can be monitored by the priority selection of splicing meth- od. The external size of stem can be controlled within the permitted accuracy range. The UT qualification rate of weld joints reach 100 %.
