摘要
为了研究阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池不同放电深度后充电时间,本文采用恒流放电和恒压限流充电法,主要测试了GFM-100和GFM-200阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池分别在10 h率(10 A,20 A)、3 h率(25 A,50 A)和1 h率(55 A,110 A)放电后,以C10A电流(10 A,20 A)限压2.4 V充电24 h时充入的电量。试验结果表明,10 h率放电后,充入放出电量的80%、90%、100%所需要的时间分别约为9 h、10 h、12 h;3 h率放电后,充入放出电量的80%、90%、100%所需要的时间分别约为7 h、8 h、9 h;1 h率放电后,充入放出电量的80%、90%、100%所需要的时间分别约为5h、6 h、7 h。24 h充入电量均为放出电量的120%。
In order to study the charging time of VRLA batteries after different depth of discharge, this paper uses the methods of the discharge of constant current and constant voltage current limiting charging, mainly tests charged electricity of the GFM-100 and GFM-200 VRLA batteries in 10 h rate(10A, 20A), 3 h rate(25 A, 50 A) and 1 h rate(55A, 110A) discharge to C10A current(10 A, 20 A) voltage limiting 2.4 V charged for 24 h. The results show that the time required is for approximately 9 h, 10 h, 12 h in 10h rate discharge, the discharge of electricity charge into 80%, 90% and 100%; the time required is for approximately 7 h, 8 h, 9 h in 3 h rate discharge, the discharge of electricity charged to 80% and 90% 100%; the time required is for approximately 5h, 6h, 7h in 1 h rate discharge, the discharge of electricity charge into 80%, 90% and 100%. 24 h electricity charged is 120% of discharged battery.
