摘要
采用乙酸乙酯溶解松脂,用水溶解反萃取出掺杂在松脂中的氯化钠,然后在邻苯二甲酸二丁酯作为AgCl沉淀保护剂情况下,用佛尔哈德法测定下层水相中氯化钠的含量。实验证明,该方法简单、快捷且重现性好和回收率高,适合于松脂掺杂物中氯化钠的快速测定。
The oleoresin was dissolved by ethyl acetate,and the sodium chloride adulterated in oleoresin was reextracted by water,which was detected by Volhard Method with dibutyl phthalate as protecting agent for AgCl precipitate. The experiment showed that the method was simple and fast with good repeatability and high recovery,and was suitable for the fast detection of sodium chloride in adulterants of oleoresin.
