摘要
以柳杉(Cryptomeria fortunei)枝条作枝条为插穗材料,研究了不同基质、不同水杨酸浓度和生根剂种类、浓度以及浸泡时间对扦插的影响。通过对保存率、生根率、不定根数的分析表明:蛭石∶珍珠岩∶河沙(1∶2∶2)基质对柳杉扦插的效果好于黄心土∶珍珠岩∶河沙(1∶2∶2),以及珍珠岩∶河沙(1∶1)及河沙的基质,生根率为48%;不同的生根剂种类、浓度和浸泡时间对柳杉扦插繁殖影响显著,其中以200 mg/L ABT1号处理1 h效果最好,生根率为46.8%。在高温季节用200 mg/L的ABT1号生根剂浸泡0.5 h,再用水杨酸浸泡0.5 h,能够明显提高柳杉扦插生根率,生根率达80%。
Using Cryptomeria fortunei as materials,impact of different matrixes,different concentrations of salicylic acid,different types,concentrations and immersed time of rooting agents on cutting was studied. According to the analysis of survival rate,rooting rate and rooting number,the effect of mixed matrix with vermiculite,perlite,river sand( 1∶ 2∶ 2) was better than that of perlite,river sand,yellow soil( 2∶ 2∶ 1) and perlite,river( 1∶ 1),with rooting rate of 48%. Cutting propagation was affected by the types, concentrations and immersed time of rooting agents significantly. The treatment with 200 mg / L ABT1 and ABT for 1h had the best effect with rooting rate 46. 8%. During the high temperature seasons,the rooting rate was improved obviously up to 80% treated by 200 mg / L ABT1 for 0. 5 h,followed by salicylic acid for 0. 5 h.
