摘要
选用东门15个桉树无性系作为母本,20个桉树优良家系为父本,进行杂交制种,获得的杂交子代建立试验林。参试的30个杂交组合子代2.5年生时树高、胸径、材积差异均达到极显著水平。以树高、胸径和材积为指标进行聚类分析,可将30个杂交组合子代分为4类,表现最好的一类包括442、447、473、497、519、526共6个组合,其胸径、树高和材积的平均值分别为10.07 cm、10.18 m和0.043 74 m3,分别比群体平均值高10.66%、16.34%和37.07%。在这6个杂交组合子代进行优树选择,可以获得更大的遗传增益。
Selecting 15 clones as female parent,20 superior families as male parent in Dongmen,trial forests were established using Eucalyptus hybrid seedlings obtained from hybrid seed production. There were extremely significant differences in height( HT),diameter at breast height( DBH) and volume( VOL) among 30 combinations at the age of 2. 5 years. The 30 tested combinations were clustered into 4 groups using analysis of clustering method according to HT,DBH and VOL. The best performance group included 6 combinations,namely 442,447,473,497,519 and 526,of which the means of HT,DBH and VOL were 10. 07 cm,10. 18 m and 0. 043 74 m3respectively,with 10. 66%,16. 34% and 37. 07% higher than that of the whole tested population. More genetic gain would be got if the superior trees were selected among the six combinations.
