摘要
全国重点信息化建设"十二金"之一的黑龙江省"金保工程"的省市县人社部门联网是基于广域网的VPN技术实现的,省直医保涵盖的医院、药店端是以SSL VPN的方式接入信息系统的。VPN技术应用到黑龙江省"金保工程"网络从最初的技术探讨、方案制定和具体实施经历了一个完整的建设过程,通过总结得出VPN的技术特点、应用特点并且对几种VPN技术实施进行阐述。
Gold insurance project is one of twelve emphasis information construction. The province,city and county network is based on wide area net-work＇ VPN. The hospitals and drugstores that covered by the provincial medical insurance is join up by SSL VPN. The VPN technology application from discussion, project enacted and concrete implementation is a whole process of construction. This text presents VPN＇s technical feature,and expounds some kinds of VPN＇s techonlogy implementation.
