电子医务系统中关键技术及其实现方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 在信息技术与人们日常工作、生活连接得越来越紧密的今天,"电子医务"越来越多地运用于医疗机构,但是在病患个人护理方面的发展还处于起步阶段。事实上,对于一些慢性疾病患者而言,他们的治疗过程是长期的,并需要时刻关注自己各项生理指标与生活作息。因此,电子医务在病患自我管理的领域有很大的发展前景。以糖尿病病患自我管理系统为例,使患者能使用不同的终端设备打开网页,通过比较血糖值及相关数据之间的关系来调整自己的生活方式做好病情控制的自我管理。主要分析了病患需求以及开发网页应用过程中的主要技术——自适应网页设计和数据的存储与呈现,同时也将此系统与现有类似系统进行了优缺点的对比。 The usage of information technology has been greatly integrated into our daily life recent years. E-Health has been widely applied in more and more hospitals,but its development in patients' personal care is still in the initial stage. Actually,for those patients with chronic diseases,they need longterm course of treatments. They also need to pay a lot of attention to their physiological parameters and their life style. So e-health has great prospects in the development of self-management applications. A diabetes self-management system is illustrated in this article,which enables the diabetics to use different devices to browse the web page. It could also help them with the decision making by comparing the relationships and change trends in glucose level and its related parameters. The requirements of diabetics and the main techniques in developing the web applications are emphatically analyzed. Additionally,the strengths and weaknesses of this system and those existing systems are compared.
