摘要
文章介绍了某电厂PG9351燃气轮机在发生了压气机0级动叶断裂的故障之后,如何确定对该机组性能下降及确定机组性能下降的原因分析。
This paper analyzed and compared the data collected in 1 hour of steady operation after recovery of the compressor 0 stage blades failures for PG 9351 gas steam turbine. There is no comprehensive performance evaluation was made before the failure,thus the comparison was made on the performance test data of early operation stage and the data after failure. It proved that there were many factors for performance decrease. However it also showed that the aging correction curve provided by supplier is not totally complying with the actual aging situation of the units.
