摘要
从中国现阶段国民阅读的状况、公共图书馆在全民阅读推广活动中的作用、哈尔滨市图书馆进行全民阅读活动的工作与实践等方面,简要了公共图书馆和全民阅读推广活动是彼此促进、彼此依赖的相互关系。
In this paper, the author from the situation, the national reading of the present stage of our country public library in nationwide reading promotion activities in the role, Harbin city library for the nationwide reading activity and practical aspects are briefly discussed, finally summed up the public library and nationwide reading promotion activities is the relationship between promote each other, depend on each other.
