摘要
教师在职业发展的不同阶段,对知识的认识由客观主义转化为个人建构主义,对学习方式和策略的使用采取相应的调整,自我认知调节的反思能力经历由技术水平、理论分析水平到价值判断水平逐渐提高的过程。深入探讨不同职业发展阶段教师学习的变化过程对我国教师教育有着重要的理论和实践意义。
In different teacher career stages,their cognition of knowledge go through the change from objectivism to constructivism,they use different learning strategies in different stages,and their self- adjustment abilities gradually improve,from technological level initially to theoretical analysis level,and to value judgment level. Studying the change process of teacher learning in different career stages has important theoretical and practical significance in teacher education of our country.
