摘要
2013年,全球黄金价格连续暴跌,以"中国大妈"为代表的中国消费者在黄金抢购热潮中一战而红,震惊了整个国际黄金市场。这场黄金抢购热潮是如何形成的?其背后暴露出中国经济的哪些问题?而这些问题应该如何解决?作者从经济学角度进行简单分析,认为黄金抢购热潮反映出中国消费市场的巨大潜力,也反映出中国民间资本投资渠道偏窄;民众渴望财富保值、升值,却对投资理财渠道匮乏的现实感到无奈。作者认为,决策者应大力加强制度建设,努力开发新的经济增长点,为民间投资、理财提供稳定、安全、公平、规范的渠道,促进国民经济的健康发展。
The year of 2013 witnessed a succession of steep falls in the price of gold and a great number of Chinese consumers, with the ＂Chinese Dama＂ as their main force, snapping up a big amount of gold during its depreciation, which shocked the international gold market. How did the gold rushes happen？ What economic problems were exposed during the shopping rushes？ And how could the problems be solved？ In the view of economics, the author finds out the huge potential of the consumer market and a shortage of investment channels for private capitals in China. The public is eager to keep and increase their wealth, but helpless with the lack of investment and financial management approaches. The author believes that decision makers are supposed to concentrate on institutional improvement and to explore new sources of economic growth, in order to provide stable, secure, fair and normative approaches for the public to make private investments and fi- nancial management, and to promote the healthy development of the national economy.
