摘要
新生代农民工存在较为明显的代际传递现象,主要表现在群体素质、价值观念和职业选择等方面。究其原因,主观方面主要是"贫困代际传递"所造成的;客观方面则主要是源于中国新老农民工所遇到的相同境遇。要解决此问题,一要采取多种措施,改善农民工子女的受教育状况,加培训和职业教育,阻断这种"贫困代际传递";二要从制度层面进行改革,改善新生代农民工所面临的困境。
There exists obvious intergenerational transfer phenomenon in the new generation of migrant workers , which is mainly reflected in the aspects such as population quality ,value notion and occupation selection .Investiga-ting its reason ,subjectively it is mainly caused by intergenerational transmission of poverty;objectively it is resulted from the same situation that new and old migrant workers encounter in China .To solve this problem ,first,it must a-dopt a variety of measures to improve the children＇s educational status of migrant workers ,enhance their professional training and prevent them from the intergenerational transmission of poverty .On the other hand ,the reform must be made from the system level to improve the plight of the new generation of migrant workers .
