摘要
随着高职教育工学结合人才培养模式的广泛开展,工学结合专班学生在企业期间的权益保障问题变得日益突出。以昆山登云科技职业学院工学结合专班学生权益保障调查数据为起点,通过SWOT-PEST模型从政治、经济、社会和技术视角对工学结合专班学生权益保障的优势、劣势、机会和挑战进行系统分析,提出保障学生合法权益的相关应对措施。
With the extensive application of talents training mode of work- study combination in vocational colleges in our country, the protection of students＇ rights and interests is becoming increasingly prominent. This paper,taking survey data of the work- study combination class students of Kunshan Dengyun University of Technology as a starting point,systematically analyzes the pros,cons,opportunities and challenges in the protection of students＇ rights and interests from the four perspectives of politics,economy,society and technology,and puts forward relevant countermeasures to ensure students＇ legal rights and interests.
