摘要
确认"劳动者"利益本位基础上优良的制度和"为我的"关系全面性意义上实践的社会正义观,马克思向我们贡献了人类历史上唯一具有合理形态的最高位阶的价值理念。其所表达的不仅仅是一种立场,更重要的是这种哲学所身怀着的一种神圣使命、高远境界和公共性情怀。尽管就这种新质的正义观念模型之思想史意义上的智识性贡献和学理性新启示之影响力问题,人们的看法并不一致。本文认为,在正义问题上,马克思的卓越眼界和过人学识,无疑已远远越出了其所处时代的历史性局限和狭隘的资产阶级社会的利益边界。马克思的努力指向一个更为根本、更为实质性的问题:面对世界历史进程中由资产阶级制度继续扩大的普遍的制度性非公正,重要的不是对真正的正义"是什么"的抽象思辨,而是基于革命性改变意义上的"怎么做"?而这涉及新的社会正义观念的合法性体与恰当性主题、合理的规范性理据与实现路径,以及评判标准的设定问题。
Marx designed an excellent system based on the laborers＇ interest standard and put forward the view of social justice in connection with the relationship ＂ for my sake＂ in all aspects of practice, whose contribution to human history is the sole concept of value in the highest rank with a reasonable form, which suggests not only a firm standpoint, but also a sacred mission, a lofty realm and public feelings demonstrated by his philosophy. However,people hold different views about the intellectual contributions made by this new concept of justice from the perspective of ideological history and about its new effect upon academic inspiration. This paper holds that Marx＇ s view of justice is extraordinary and excellent in advance of the age in which he lived, going beyond the boundary of parochial interest in the bourgeois society. Marx tried hard to show us a more radical and essential problem： What matters is not to make intellectual inquiries on the true justice abstractly, but to know ＂how to do＂ on the basis of the significance of revolutionary changes when people are confronted with systematic injustice which is constantly amplified because of the bourgeois system in the course of world history. It involves in whether the new view of social justice is legal and appropriate, how we regulate our terminology reasonably and establish our approaches to achieve it, and what criteria we design.
