摘要
农民纯收入是社会基层民生的标志和反映,历来受到社会各界极大的关注,在中央每年的"一号文件"中也得到充分体现。研究农民纯收入的区域性差异,有利于推动社会经济的又快又好地发展。采用聚类分析和离散分析相结合的方法,对安徽省16个地市2005—2011年农民纯收入的历史数据从多角度进行差异性分析比较。根据分析的结论,提出进一步增加安徽省农民纯收入的政策性建议和对策。
The net income of farmers is a sign of social basic livelihood and reflection. It has always been of great concern and has been fully embodied in the Central Committee＇ s annual ＂Document No. 1 ＂. Study on regional differences of net income of farmers can promote society and economy to de- velop rapidly, to construct more beautiful Anhui. The ways of cluster analysis and scatter analysis a- bout historical data of farmers＇ net income in 2005--2011 are used to analyze and compare difference from many angles. Based on the analysis of the conclusions, we put forward policy suggestions and countermeasures to further increase the net income of farmers in Anhui province.
