摘要
目的:分析妇产科护理过程中出现的安全问题,探讨实施质量控制以及强化安全管理制度对妇产科护理的影响作用。方法:回顾性分析本院妇产科护理措施,其中105例病例应用完善的质量控制及细致、安全的安全管理措施作为观察组;100例病例应用传统管理模式作为对照组,观察两组护理质量及患者满意度。结果:观察组护理质量及患者满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强对妇产科护理的质量控制,强化安全管理制度,能够有效提高护理工作安全性,提高患者及其家属满意度,值得在临床上推广。
Objective： To analyze the security issue arised in the process of gynecology and obstetrics nursing and discuss the effect for implementing a quality control and strengthening the safety management system. Method： Obstetrics and gynecology nursing were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital, and 105 cases that used perfect quality control, careful and safe application safety management measures were selected as observation group, while 100 cases that used the traditional management mode were selected as control group. The nursing quality and patients＇ satisfaction of two groups were observed. Result： The nursing quality and patients＇ satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group, and differences had statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： To strengthen the quality control of gynecology and obstetrics nursing and strengthen the safety management system can effectively improve the nursing safety and improve the patients and their family member satisfaction, so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
