摘要
采用化学镀的方法在碳纳米管表面镀镍,对碳纳米管进行纯化—氧化—敏化—活化等处理,以硫酸镍和次亚磷酸钠为主要成分配制了低温碱性化学镀液,并对碳纳米管进行了表面化学镀镍。采用XRD和FTIR对镀镍后的碳纳米管进行了结构和官能团分析,并采用SEM方法对镀镍后的碳纳米管进行了形貌观察。反复实验后结果表明:碳纳米管合理的前处理工艺和处理次序对碳纳米管表面镀镍的效果产生很大的影响,适当的化学镀液配比可获得较理想的纳米管镀覆表面。本实验所镀覆的碳纳米管的形貌为:呈连串球形的金属镍颗粒沉积在碳纳米管表面,类似于串联的珍珠串结构。
After the process of purification,oxidation,sensitization and activation,the nickel coating on the surface of carbon nanotubes was plated by chemical plating,with nickel in the alkalinity plating fluid.The effects of plating were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM).The results and its analysis show that properly design for the fore treatment process and procedure of the plating can obtain ideal effects of plating; the component matching of fore treatment solution and plating bath are obtained to realize ideal effects of plating; the morphology characteristics of plated carbon nanotubes are cluster sphere nickel particles deposited around carbon nanotubes.
