联合检测外周血CEA、CA125、VEGF、MT及MMP-9在晚期非小细胞肺癌表达的相关性 被引量:20

摘要 目的探讨联合检测外周血CEA、CA125、VEGF、MT及MMP-9与晚期非小细胞肺癌病理类型和临床分期的相关性。方法分晚期非小细胞肺癌组(40例)和对照组(36例健康者),采用采用RT-PCR检测五种标记物外周血mRNA的表达情况。结果肺癌组五项标志物mRNA表达化疗前明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其表达与NSCLC病理类型、临床分期均无相关性。联合检测五种标记物灵敏度上升至90%。结论联合检测五项肿瘤标记物可提高对晚期非小细胞肺癌诊断的敏感性,但与晚期非小细胞肺癌患者病理类型及分级之间差异均无统计学意义。 Objective To investigate the correlation of the combined detection of peripheral blood CEA, CA125, VEGF, MT and MMP9 expressions in the pathological types and clinical stages of the advanced non - small cell lung cancer. Methods The peripheral blood mRNA expressions of CEA, CA125, VEGF, MT and MMP9 in 40 cases of the advanced non - small cell lung cancer group and 36 cases of healthy people as the con- trol group were measured reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT- PCR). Results The mRNA ex- pressions of CEA, CA125, VEGF, MT and MMP9 in the advanced non -small cell lung cancer group before chemotherapy were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant correlation between the five markers mRNA expressions and the pathological types and clinical stages of the ad- vanced non - small cell lung cancer. Sensitivity of the combined detection of these five markers was increased to 90%. Conclusion Combined detection of serum CEA, CA125, VEGF, MT and MMP9 expressions could improve the sensitivity for the advanced non - small cell lung cancer diagnosis, whereas no significant correlation between these 5 markers and the pathological types and clinical stages of the advanced non - small cell lung cancer was shown.
