摘要
我国宏观经济发展战略,不应该仅仅看作国内经济发展战略,它在每一阶段都涵盖着对内和对外两个方面的内容:均衡发展与对外赶超战略、非均衡发展与对外开放战略、协调发展与积极应对经济全球化战略。我国宏观经济战略在国民经济发展中的引导作用会进一步加强,将会更加符合我国的国情,更加以人为本,更加注重国内与国外两个方面的结合,更加注重经济、政治、社会、文化以及环境保护方面的总体规划。
