摘要
目的对严重多发伤合并骨折治疗中损伤控制骨科技术的应用效果进行研究探讨。方法选取本院2011年2月～2013年2月期间收治的100例严重多发伤合并骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对100例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。观察组实施损伤控制骨科技术进行治疗,对照组采用常规治疗方法 ,对两组患者治疗的效果进行对比分析。结果通过治疗结果对比,观察组患者治疗后的伤口愈合及骨折愈合时间都明显低于对照组,两组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论损伤控制骨科技术在治疗严重多发伤合并骨折的临床治疗效果显著,提高了患者的生活质量,在临床治疗中有推广的价值。
Objective To study the effect of damage control technology in the treatment of severe multiple injury and fracture. Methods In our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were treated 100 cases of severe multiple injury and fractures in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, 100 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases each group. The observation group received damage control department of orthopedics technology for treatment, the control group conventional treatment methods, comparative analysis of two groups of patients the effect. Results The treatment results, the patients in observation group after treatment of wound healing and fracture healing time were significantly lower than those in the control group, compared two groups, significant difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion Damage control department of orthopedics technique in the treatment of severe multiple injury with fracture of the clinical treatment effect, improve the quality of life of patients, have the value of promotion in clinical treatment.
