摘要
我国传统的城市土地制度是在高度集中的计划经济条件下形成的,由于这种土地制度从根本上否定了价值规律和经济规律的作用,因而不利于市场机制的建立和市场经济的发展。该研究以马克思的地租理论为指导,结合我国土地使用制度中存在的问题,从产权制度、土地市场和土地价格3个方面对我国城市土地制度创新进行了分析。
The tradition city land system in China was formed in a highly centralized planned economy,because this land system fundamentally denied the function of the law of value and economic,thus it is not conductive for establishment of market economy market mechanism and development of market economy. With Marx land rent theory as guidance,combined with existing problems in land use system,the innovation of city land system in China was analyzed from three aspects of property system,land market and price.
