摘要
在基于TRIZ理论产品创新设计流程的基础上,通过对注射模斜导柱侧抽芯机构组成和工作原理分析,总结出现有机构存在的优缺点,提出保留优点、克服缺点进行斜导柱侧抽芯机构的创新设计。针对设计中出现的矛盾问题,用TRIZ理论的工程参数定义矛盾,通过对矛盾矩阵所提供的创新原理进行分析,设计了可以代替斜导柱侧抽芯机构的楔滑块侧抽芯机构,并分析了机构的组成原理和动作过程。该机构结构简单、动作可靠、维修方便,满足使用要求。
The slanted guide pillar core-pulling structure of Injection mould composition and working principle are analyzed, The advantages and disadvantages in production process were founded. To retain the advantages,overcome the disadvantages of principles, innovation design scheme of the slanted guide pillar core-pulling structure are proposed. Aiming at the problems occurred in the design,using TRIZ theory to engineering parameter defines the contradiction,the contradiction matrix provides the innovation principles for analysis while the design can replace inclined guide pillar side core-pulling mechanism of wedge sliding block side core-pulling mechanism. The structure composition and working principle are analyzed, the mould structure is simplified and the production cost is lowered.
