摘要
目的:探讨基层医院产房管理的有效机制。方法:研究管理策略的内容及实施,分析如何合理利用各种社会资源获得理想的管理效果。结果:通过强化管理,达到了提升综合竞争力的目的。结论:基层医院产房必须重视管理策略,革新技术,改善服务,才能实现产妇、医院、社会的多方共赢。
Objective: To discuss the effective mechanism of delivery room management in primary hospital. Methods: To study the content and implementation of management strategies,and analyze how to make rational use of various social resources to get the ideal management effect. Results: After strengthen the management,which can improve the comprehensive competitiveness. Conclusion: The primary hospital managers must pay attention to management strategy,improve skills and service,so as to achieve maternal,hospital and social- win.
