大一新生心理健康状况调查与分析——以济宁学院为例 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解大一新生的心理健康状况,掌握新生的心理动态,为帮助新生尽快适应大学生活制定针对性的措施提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL—90)对我校2012级4157名新生进行了心理健康普查。结果大一新生的SCL-90各因子与全国常模相比均有显著性差异。在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、其他等7个因子上,女生得分显著高于男生。在躯体化、抑郁、敌对、恐怖和其他等5个因子上,文科类均显著高于理工科类。不同生源地的大一新生,在人际关系敏感、抑郁、恐怖、精神病性和其他等5个因子的得分上呈显著性差异。在家庭中出生顺序不同的新生在人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、其他等5个因子得分呈显著性差异。结论我校大学生心理健康状况总体上是良好的。这需要在积极心理学的理念指导下有针对性地开展新生的心理健康教育与干预工作。 Objective To explore the mental health conditions of freshman, and provide evidence to help freshmen to get used to university life。Methods 4157 freshmen of class 2012 in Jining University were investigated by the SCL— 90. Results Each factors of SCL- 90 were different markedly comparing with national norm. Scores of girls are significantly higher than boys in somatization, force symptom, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, terror and other。Scores of liberal arts are significantly higher than science and engineering in somatization, depression, hostility, terror and other。Freshmen of different origins show significant difference in scores of interpersonal sensitivity, depression, terror, psychoticism and other. Freshmen of birth order are different significantly in scores of interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, terror and other. Conclusion Most of the new university students' mental health is in good conditions. It needs to investigate college students' psychological health curriculum based on positive psychology theory.
