摘要 设计出了一种适用于磁力耦合器调速的机构模型,分析了其自由度,以符合要求的永磁转子位移、速度和加速度作为输入量,反求出主动件应满足的位移、速度和加速度规律.首先采用解析法中的复数矢量法建立数学模型,通过Matlab编程对机构的运动学特性进行分析,得到主动件应当满足的位移、速度和加速度曲线;然后基于Adams仿真软件对所获得的运行特性进行了辅助分析与验证;最后对两种方法求解结果进行了比较,表明本文所建模型的正确性. A speed regulating mechanism model is designed for magnetic coupling. Its degrees of freedom are analyzed to comply with the requirements of permanent magnet rotor displacement,velocity and acceleration as the input quantity for reversely solving the displacement,velocity and acceleration of the active parts. The mathematical model is established using complex number vector method,and the movement characteristic of the mechanism is analyzed employing Matlab programming to obtain the suitable curves of displacement,velocity and acceleration which active element should satisfy. The operation characteristics of the mechanism was analyzed and verified based on Adams simulation software,and the results based on the two methods are compared,which show the correctness of the model.
