摘要
运用响应面法对皖西粗老绿茶茶多糖提取工艺进行优化研究。以皖西粗老绿茶为原料,以水为提取溶剂,选取浸提时间、浸提温度、水茶比、提取次数4个因素进行单因素试验,在此基础上以3个因素为自变量,茶多糖提取率为响应值,采用Box-Behnken试验设计和响应面分析法,建立数学模型确定茶多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:浸提时间2.06h、浸提温度90℃、水茶比30∶1mL/g、浸提1次,茶多糖最高提取率为5.171%。
Response surface methodology is used to optimize the tea polysaccharides extraction condition for old tea from West Anhui.Single factor experiment is carried out using old tea of West Anhui as material and water as extracting solvent.Extraction time,extraction temperature,ratio of tea to water,and extraction times are selected as factors.Three of the four factors are taken as independent variables,extraction ratio of tea polysaccharides as response value,Box-Behnken as experiment design,and response surface as analysis method,the optimized conditions for tea polysaccharides extraction are determined as following: extraction time is 2.06h,extraction temperature is 90℃,ratio for tea and water is 30∶1(mL/g),extraction times is one. Highest extraction ratio is 5.171%.
