富氧点火技术在电站直流锅炉的应用

摘要 本文介绍了富氧点火技术在山东华电国际潍坊发电厂670MW直流贫煤机组的应用情况,详细说明了富氧燃烧的技术特点和富氧点火技术原理,并聘请西安热工院专业技术人员对锅炉冷态启动性能进行了测试,主要比较了氧气助燃对火焰温度和飞灰含碳量的影响,结果表明氧气助燃能够较大幅度的提高煤粉火焰温度,增强劣质煤种燃烧稳定性,同时大大降低了飞灰含碳量,有利于锅炉的安全启动。本文通过富氧点火技术在670MW劣质燃煤锅炉的成功应用,表明该技术特别适用于劣质煤种,启动过程中不需要投入大油枪,节油效果显著,并能提高煤粉燃烬率,具有良好的经济效益和环保效益。 This article introduces the application of oxygen- enriched ignition technology on 670MW unit with once-through boiler burning lean coal in Shandong Huadian Weifang power plant,describing technical features of oxygen-enriched combustion and technical principles of oxygen-enriched ignition. The start-up performance test in cold situation was proceed by the professional and technical personnel of the Xi'an Thermal Power Research Institute,giving comparative results of flame temperature and the amount of fly ash carbon under the condition of oxygen-enriched combustion and no oxygen-enriched combustion.The results show that the oxygen greatly increases flame temperature of coal combustion, and enhances combustion stability of low-quality coal,and the carbon content of fly ash is reduced greatly,which is conducive to the safety of the boiler starting up.This paper describes a successful application of oxygen-enriched ignition technology in 670MW unit burning lean coal,which indicates that this technology is suitable for low-quality coal,and the start-up of boiler is not long depend on the big oil gun.The oil fuel-saving effect is remarkable,and the burn-out rate of coal is improved,which brings obvious benefits of economy and environment.
