摘要
大学生创新性实验具有实践性、探索性、综合性等特征。以湖南农业大学劳动与社会保障系H L大学生创新团队为案例进行作用机理与实践效果的研究,结果显示,创新性实验有利于提升文科类大学生的社会实践能力、创新能力、团队协作能力、专业能力和就业能力。
The undergraduates＇ innovative experiments have the characteristics of practicality, exploration and comprehensiveness. Based on the examples of the team of HL undergraduates＇ innovative experiments come from the Labor and Social Security Department of Hunan Agricultural University, it analyzes the practical effects on participating in the innovative experiments which contribute to enhance undergraduates＇ abilities on social practical, innovation, teamwork, professional and employment field.
