摘要
TiO2半导体材料具有光催化活性高、稳定性好、价廉等优点,在光催化领域方面有着广阔的应用前景。一些研究表明,贵金属Ag纳米粒子可以形成易于捕获电子的Schottky能垒而提高TiO2催化活性,因此将Ag/TiO2复合是光催化研究的一个重要发展方向。就Ag/TiO2复合纳米材料的合成方法和应用进行了综述,同时对Ag/TiO2纳米复合材料的前景进行了展望。
TiO semiconductor material has attracted extensive attention due to its wide potential applications in photocatalysis because of its high photocatalytic activity, good stability and cheapness. Research showed that noble metal silver can produce a Schottky barrier,which facilitated the electron capture to improve the catalysis activity of TiO2. It will be an important development direction of the future study of photocatalysis. The synthesis and application of Ag/TiO2 nanocomposite have been reviewed. And its potential applications in photocatalysis have been prospected.
