摘要
以基于脯氨酸仿生合成的纳米TiO2为吸附剂,以SEM、XRD、FT-IR以及比表面积及孔径分析仪为表征手段,研究了纳米TiO2对BSA的界面吸附行为及其TiO2吸附BSA的晶相结构及空间构象变化。结果表明:纳米TiO2吸附BSA后的形貌和尺寸无明显变化,材料的XRD峰强度减弱,但是其晶相结构变化不显著,其比表面积,孔容以及平均孔径均减小;红外图谱分析显示纳米TiO2与BSA的界面空间构象发生了键位移动。
The adsorption of BSA on the surfaces of nano-TiO2 and the crystal structure and spatial conformation of nano-TiO2 with BSA were investigated in the presence of nano-TiO2 biomimetic synthesis based on proline as the adsorbent, by using scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), FT-IR and N2 adsorption-desorption experiments as the characterization methods. The results showed that compared to the original particles, the morphology and size of Nano-TiO2 after adsorbing BSA had no obvious changes, and the BSA adsorption caused XRD peak intensity of Nano-TiO2 relatively weakened, but a smaller effect on its crystalline structure, the specific surface area, pore volume and pore radius of TiO2 after adsorption were smaller than that before adsorption. FT-IR spectrum analysis showed that the key shift of TiO2 with BSA was changed.
