摘要
西北地区是祖国边疆的边缘地带,鉴于地缘政治的考量,民国时期时人即已密切关注西北的移民垦殖问题。本文将从国防、国家统一等层面说明西北移民垦殖的重要性。在此基础上,梳理国民政府时期国人的移民垦殖思想,以期对当今中国社会有所裨益。
Northwest region is located at the edge of frontier of China. Given the political consideration, people in the Republic of China paid much attention to the problems of cultivation. This paper illustrates the importance of cultivation for the northwest immigrates from the national defense and national unity, and then combs through the cultivation ideology of immigrates in the Republic of China in order to be beneficial to today＇ s Chinese society.
