摘要
我国的边疆地区不但是国家之间博弈的前沿阵地,也是周边国家治理的外溢效应首当其冲的承受者,更是当代我国非传统安全威胁的主要集中地。改革开放30多年,随着地缘政治环境巨大的变迁,我国边疆地区的地缘政治问题和边疆安全问题更为复杂。厘清地缘政治变迁中的边疆安全风险,是我们建构边疆安全、巩固国家统一的基本前提。
Frontier area of our country is not only a frontline position of competition between nations, but also a bearer of the spillover land of negative effects which come from neighboring countries＇ governance and the leading position of non-traditional security threatening in cotemporary era as well. With more than 30 years of reform and opening up, our country＇ s frontier security situation becomes very complex because of the great changes of geopolitical environment. It is the basic premise for our Frontier Security construction and national unity consolidation to clarify the frontier security risk in the process of geopolitical change.
