摘要
目的:了解人工流产发生女性生殖道感染(Reproductive Tract Infection,RTIs)的影响因素,从而更好的关爱女性健康。方法:对我院妇科从2012年3月-2013年3月收治的人工流产女性随机抽取148例进行常规妇科检查、取阴道分泌物检测阴道清洁度、衣原体、滴虫、念珠菌、淋球菌等,并对其初次性交年龄、流产史、婚姻状况、性伴侣卫生健康等相关情况进行调查,记录数据,并对相关数据进行统计分析。结果:本次研究中148例人工流产患者生殖道感染发生率为18.2%(27/148),其中宫颈炎(26.0%)、念珠菌性阴道炎(22.2%)、附件炎(22.2%)最为多见(P<0.05);人工流产女性生殖感染的发生的主要影响因素是患者的婚姻状况、流产史、初次性交年龄、性伴侣卫生健康状况、个人卫生措施(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:临床上进行人工流产手术时要注意生殖道感染的影响因素,并通过健康宣导减少人工流产女性生殖道感染的发生率,从而更好的关爱女性健康。
Objective To understand the relationship of artificial abortion and reproductive tract infections(RTIs) and its influencing factors, so as to care for women's health better and better. Methods 148 women suffered artificial abortion in our department from March 2012 to March 2013 were randomly selected for routine gynecologic examination. Vaginal secretions were taken to detect vaginal cleanliness, chlamydia, trichomoniasis, candidiasis, gonorrhea, etc., and their age of first sexual intercourse, history of abortion, marital status, sexual partner's health status and other relevant information were all carried out an investigation, the data were recorded for statistical analysis. Results In 148 cases of artificial abortion in this study, reproductive tract infection incidence rate was 18.2 %(27/148), among which cervicitis(26.0 %), candida vaginitis(22.2 %) and annex inflammation(22.2 %) were the most common infection(P〈0.05). The main influencing factors of genital infection of abortion female were patient's marital status, history of abortion, the age of first sexual intercourse, sexual partner's health status, personal hygiene measures, with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion We should pay attention to the influencing factors of reproductive tract infections when operate artificial abortion clinically; reduce the reproductive tract infection incidence rate through health promotion, in order to care for women's health better.
