摘要
在实验数据验证仿真模型正确的基础上,确立了高压共轨喷油系统GT-Fuel的仿真程序,分析了高压共轨燃油喷射系统波动特征,主要包括共轨系统各个零件尺寸的影响及共轨系统特性参数的影响,得到了各零件的最佳设计参数。
On the basis that the corrections of the simulation model are verified by experimental data, this thesis establishes a GT - Fuel simulation programme of a high pressure common rail fuel injection system, and analyses the fluctuating characteristics of the system, the mainly contents are the effects of different sizes of system sectors and the effects of different feature parameters. Finally the optimized results are acquired.
