摘要
通过对金山区华府海景屋顶绿化工程的具体案例分析,针对屋面荷载、防水层、排(蓄)水层、隔离层、基质层、植物配置和后期养护等屋顶绿化技术要点,阐述其处理的方法和效果,并为今后上海市屋顶绿化的建设和发展提供了一些建议。
With the rooftop greening project implemented in the Washington Harbour residential community of Jinshan District as the case,this paper analyzed the treatment methods and effects of the technical points used in rooftop greening,including load-carrying capacity of rooftop,waterproof layer,water drainage/retain layer,isolation layer,substrate layer,plant configuration and follow-up maintenance.This study also provided some suggestions for the future roof greening project implementations in Shanghai.
