摘要
通过菌丝生长速率法测定了己唑醇与甲基硫菌灵2种杀菌剂对引起小麦赤霉病的赤霉菌的毒力及药剂混配的联合毒力。通过将2种药剂按1∶3、1∶2、1∶1、2∶1、3∶1的比例混合后,在25℃的PDA培养基上培养测试其对赤霉菌的毒力,结果表明,2种杀菌剂的复配对小麦赤霉菌起拮抗作用。
The toxicity and the partial co-toxicity of 2fungicides(Bitertanol,Thiophanate methyl)to wheat scab were tested by mycelial growth rate.By mixing the two agents of the medicament 1∶3,1∶2,1∶1,2∶1,3∶1proportion,the virulence of gibberella were determined under the culture conditions of 25℃ of the PDA medium.The results showed that the antagonism of the complex of the 2fungicides was drawn under the experimental conditions.
