摘要
从分析目前中国煤矿企业的安全管理现状与存在的问题入手,探讨煤矿采煤技术与安全生产之间的关系,进而在此基础上从管理与技术层面提出几点有效提高煤矿采煤过程中实现安全生产的措施。
Starting with the analysis of the current situation and existed problems of the safety management of China＇s coal mineenterprises, and discusses the relationship between C^oal mining technology and safety in production, on the basis of whichproposes several effective measures to achieve safety in production in coal mining process from the management and technicallevel.
