摘要
红外分光光度法是我国目前测定动植物油的标准方法,可对水中油类物质的浓度进行定量分析,但该方法中采用的石油标液测量动植物油有较大偏差。本文分析了动植物油测量结果的偏差,并探究和验证其产生原因,在此基础上对动植物油标准进行了讨论,建议使用混合动植物油作为标准物质,并用其标准曲线对动植物油测量结果进行校正,明显提高了准确度。
Infrared spectrophotometry was national standard method to measure animal and vegetable oil and can be applied in oil quantitative analysis in water. In this method,deviation of animal and vegetable oil concentration was large if petroleum standard solution was used in the measurement. The deviation of animal and vegetable oils concentration was analyzed,and the reason of the deviation and the standard substance of animal and vegetable oil were discussed. It was suggested that the mixed animal and vegetable oil can be applied as standard substance,the standard curve of mixed animal and vegetable oil was applied to calibrate measurement concentration,and accuracy was improved.
