甲基核糖苷制备条件的优化

摘要 甲基核糖苷是制备核酸类药物的一个重要中间体,以甲醇和核糖为原料制备。本文优化了甲基核糖苷的制备条件。确定影响甲基核糖苷质量和收率的主要因素为:催化剂的用量、反应温度、以及反应完成与终止反应之间的时间间隔。在最佳条件下,制备得到了高收率和质量合格的甲基核糖苷。并分析了不同制备条件影响甲基核糖苷质量和收率的原因。 Methyl riboside was an important intermediate for preparation of nucleic acid drugs,which was prepared from methanol and ribose. The conditions for preparation of methyl riboside were optimized. The amount of catalyst, reaction temperature,and interval between the reactions were complete and terminating reaction time was the main factors influencing the quality and yield of methyl riboside. Under the optimum conditions,the preparation of methyl riboside obtained in a high yield and of acceptable quality. The reason of the different preparation condition affect the quality and the yield of methyl riboside was analyzed.
