摘要
为合理利用密集烘烤过程中产生的余热余湿,设计密集烤房热湿循环利用系统并进行研究应用。结果表明,该系统节能效果明显,节煤幅度达27.86%~28.78%,烘烤成本降低0.59~0.61元/kg,烤后橘黄烟叶、中上等烟比例提高,均价提高1.6~1.8元/kg;烤后烟叶油分增加、色度增强、挂灰杂色和含青程度减轻;提高总糖、还原糖含量和钾氯比,降低总氮、氯离子含量,主要化学成分趋于协调;提高香气质量、减轻杂气,明显改善感官评吸质量。
In order to improve the utilization of redundant thermal energy and humidity during curing stage, we designed and studied the hot-humid gas recycling system in tobacco bulk bam. The results showed that, the effect of saving energy was obvious by using this system, saved coal by 27.86%-28.78%, cut cost by 0.59-0.61 yuan/kg, the radio of orange tobacco leaf and middle-upper grade tobacco leaf were increased, average price increased by 1.6-1.8 yuan/kg; the oil content and color were increased in cured tobacco leaf, meanwhile, the tobacco leaf amount of green and gray and lusterless were reduced; the content of total sugar and reducingsugar and the radio of K/Cl were increased, the content of total N and CI were reduced, so the main chemical composition content were tend to coordinate; aroma quality was improved, mixed gas were reduced, therefore, sensory quality was improved significantly.
